Construction of Phase 1A of the ADNOC New Corporate Headquarters Complex. The new complex will be built on site of the current ADNOC headquarters which is located on Abu Dhabi Corniche Street. The new complex will include an office tower, podium and atrium, and an underground parking block. The total built up area is expected to be about 190,000 square meters. The 342m tower will include a corniche club, a museum and other supporting facilities. The tower is also expected to work towards attaining a Gold or Platinum Leed status.

This high-rise tower of 126m will offer 24 floors and 2 basement levels. The circular podium levels (from ground floor to level 3) contain all shared functions, such as entrance lobby, library, conference rooms, restaurant, museum etc. This contract amounts EUR 84,9 million. The works started in December 2011 and will be completed by October 2013.

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
The works consist of:
A main breakwater consisting of a 955-m-long rubble-mound structure (including 5,760 Accropodes) and a 2710-m-long caisson structure (96 four-cell caissons), a secondary breakwater consisting of a 377-m-long rubble-mound structure (including 3,581 Accropodes) and a 341-m-long caisson structure (10 four-cell caissons), 1200 m of quays made with unreinforced mass-concrete blocks, 760,000 m sq of cargo-handling area. The seafloor is dredged less than 16 m from the quay walls.

The Kempinski Hotel & Residences Sail Tower will be completed on the shores of the Red Sea in Jeddah, the second-largest city in Saudi Arabia, by the end of 2015.
